A cama deve ser usada principalmente para dormir. Algumas posturas s\u00e3o importantes de serem adotadas, como a postura sentada, mesmo com aux\u00edlio, facilitar\u00e1 conquistas motoras futuras, como a marcha.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Por que Sentem Dores no Quadril: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As dores no quadril s\u00e3o comuns devido \u00e0 perman\u00eancia em uma mesma posi\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma dica \u00e9 manter a perna um pouco flexionada, com o p\u00e9 virado para dentro, usando um travesseiro para suporte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Dores no Ombro:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As dores no ombro s\u00e3o comuns, j\u00e1 que o paciente muitas vezes n\u00e3o consegue movimentar o bra\u00e7o. Portanto, a postura com os bra\u00e7os afastados do corpo sobre um travesseiro \u00e9 fundamental para al\u00e9m de evitar encurtamentos, melhorar a dor.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Rotina de Exerc\u00edcios: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante que voc\u00ea ou seu familiar tenham uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa na reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o. Portanto, estabele\u00e7am uma rotina di\u00e1ria de exerc\u00edcios, sempre com a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do profissional de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o. Outra dica crucial \u00e9 tentar realizar as atividades di\u00e1rias, mesmo que n\u00e3o consiga complet\u00e1-las sem ajuda. O esfor\u00e7o \u00e9 uma parte essencial do processo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por fim, nunca se esque\u00e7a de que os exerc\u00edcios em casa complementam, mas n\u00e3o substituem a fisioterapia profissional.
