Ou devo come\u00e7ar imediatamente assim que chegar em casa? Enfim, a cabe\u00e7a fica uma bagun\u00e7a. Primeiro, um AVC \u00e9 algo muito novo, e \u00e9 normal chegar em casa e pensar em mil coisas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao processo de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entenda que \u00e9 normal ter muitas quest\u00f5es, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 recomend\u00e1vel adiar. Quanto antes iniciar a reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o, melhor. A reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o deve come\u00e7ar no hospital e continuar em casa, conforme a libera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atividades em casa: Foque em melhorias gradualmente, n\u00e3o se cobre tanto, pois nada acontece &#8220;da noite para o dia&#8221;.
